Bu yazıda ana çerçeve olarak sağlıklı olmak emek gücü üretim süreci içerisinde yer alan bir faktör olarak irdelenmeye çalışılacaktır. İktisadi üretim sürecinin öznesi olarak emek gücünün tanımlanabilmesine olanak sağlayabilecek bir zeminin tesisi genel olarak iktisadi değer kuramlarının özel olarak ise emek değer kuramının açıklamalarıyla mümkün olabileceği için öncelikle bu kuramlara değinilecektir. Emek gücünün yeniden üretimi sürecinin gerekliliklerinin, sosyal güvence sisteminin kurgulanışını nasıl belirlediği üzerinde durulacaktır. Kullanım değerinden yoksun ve kullanım değerini aşkın sağlıklı olma durumlarının nasıl ortaya çıkabildiği incelenecektir.

As a general framework in this article, being in good health will be examined as a factor inherent in the process of reproduction of labour power. Since the ground for identifying labour power as the subject of the process of economic production can be laid by insights from theories of economic value in general and from the labour theory of value in particular, firstly these theories will be revisited.Then there will be a discussion on how the requirements of the process of reproduction of labour power determine the configuration of the social protection system. The emergence of states of good health devoid of and transcendent to use value will also be addressed
