Özet

  •  COVID-19 pandemisi sağlık ve eğitim sistemlerinde küresel ölçekte hızlı ve köklü değişimlere yol açmıştır. Özellikle tıp eğitimi, geleneksel yüz yüze modelin sekteye uğramasıyla birlikte ciddi değişimler geçirmiştir. Bu süreç hem tıp fakültesi öğrencileri hem de eğitmenler için benzersiz zorluklar yaratmış; aynı zamanda dijitalleşme ve yenilikçi eğitim yöntemlerinin benimsenmesine de ivme kazandırmıştır. Bu derlemede, COVID-19 pandemisi sırasında yaşanan zorluklar değerlendirilmiş; bu etkilere uyum stratejileri ve bu dönüşümün tıp eğitiminde yarattığı değişimlerin ele alınması amaçlanmıştır

  •  The COVID-19 pandemic has precipitated rapid and transformative changes in global health and education systems. Medical education, in particular, has faced suıubstantial disruptions to traditional face-to-face education models, necessitating significant adaptations. This unprecedented period has posed unique challenges for both medical students and educators, while simultaneously accelerating the integration of digitalization and innovative pedagogical approaches.This review seeks to critically examine the challenges encountered during the COVID-19 pandemic, analyze the adaptive strategies employed to mitigate these impacts, and assess the broader implications of this transformation for the future of medical education.
